CMV was founded in 2003 with the objective of helping businesses save time and resources in the mechanical engineering industry.

Our team is specialized in the sale and supply of custom mechanical components of every kind and dimensions, intended for use in a variety of contexts within industrial vehicles and equipment.

Thanks to our forty years of experience as sales representatives (a business that is still flourishing) we have acquired the knowledge necessary to understand the true needs of purchasing departments: namely, the possibility of focusing on big projects while delegating minor, yet difficult tasks to companies such as ours.

In particular, we handle the production of custom components such as steel, cast iron, aluminum and bronze hot-pressed components. We can manufacture both small and large orders.

Most of our products hail from our workshops in Italy. However, if clients’ specific needs arise, we may also use other partners in Eastern Europe, India, and China, where we have established an active J-Venture.

Our warehouse is one of the biggest strong points and main features of the company: a storage facility at the disposal of our clients. This allows us to always be punctual with the shipments and conduct thorough quality controls before the products are sent out for delivery.

Presses

Forged and moulded in steel

CMV is able to manage the production of custom-designed carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel forgings. We manufacture bars, flanges, shafts and many other mechanical parts, ensuring our customers receive certified and tested products offering excellent value for money. Hot steel forging

You can contact us for the production and supply of carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel forgings to obtain crown gears, flanges, covers, rings, forks, connecting rods, attachments, cylinders, hexagonal nuts, arms, hubs, levers for industrial and agricultural applications (from 0.2 to 280 kg) and much more.

Upset steel forging

CMV is available to mechanical engineering companies for the supply of electroforming parts required for the production of pinions, gears, axle shafts, drive shafts, special screws and much more. We use rocker arms with a power of up to 4000 TON, served by electroforming machines in combination with induction heating.

Rolled Rings

Our in-depth knowledge of the specific design required by the customer, combined with the experience we have gained over the years, allows us to produce and supply hot-rolled rings, sealing rings, bearing rings, shaped rings and others with fast and punctual deliveries and an excellent quality/price ratio. Foundries

Cast iron castings

Thanks to our close collaboration with modern foundries, we are able to produce cast iron, mechanical, spheroidal and ADI 900 castings, in accordance with the customer's specific design guidelines, in order to deliver tested products of excellent quality and high mechanical performance throughout northern Italy.
